What to Include
Include the app version, iOS version, device model, reproduction steps, and screenshots without sensitive information. Never send passwords, API keys, full identity documents, payment cards, unredacted contracts, or trade secrets.
Account and Privacy Requests
Delete your account and clear activity under Settings > Account & Legal. If you cannot sign in, contact us from the registered email and describe the request. We verify identity before processing access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
Response Time
We normally acknowledge product questions within two business days. Account, security, and privacy requests are handled according to complexity and applicable law. Mark urgent vulnerability reports with “Security Issue” in the subject.
